Patient Sofia Habib age 34 years came to our center in 2017 with complain of Primary Infertility for 10 years. Investigations shared that she has suspicion of Endometriosis and bilateral tubal blockage. Primarily they were advised to had HSG scan. Which showed no blockage thus they were advised to go for TLC treatment for four months and then IUTPI. Which they followed with keen interest but were unsuccessful. Lastly in November 2017 went for ICSI and started the procedure. On 31/12/2017 her BHCG came positive and finally on 05/01/2018. We had the fetuses heart beat and Allhamdulilah they were positive with twins and both fetuses were showing heart beat.
