Patient first visited in march 2017 with history of sub-fertility for 10 years of marriage. patient was referred to our consultant who performed a few investigation and advised patient to lose weight and then plan for ICSI. In 6 months patient lost 20kg and ICSI was started in November 2017. On 01/01/2018 her pregnancy test came positive and Maa Shaa Allah on 16/01/2018 her baby’s heart beat was seen for the 1st time.
