The couple visited our center in 2016. After detailed history a provisional diagnosis of endometriosis was made and diagnostic Laparoscopy was planned. to confirm the diagnosis. Laparoscopy showed excessive adhesion between both ovaries and tubes and patient was advised to proceed with ICSI treatment.
The treatment began on 30-08-2017 and pregnancy with healthy fetal heart beat was confirmed on 22-08-2017.
