This patient named Zara Mutee aged 27 years, She is married since 6 years, who never conceived naturally because her husband was Azospermic. She came to ACIMC in 2016 for and after the advised go for ICSI-FET her ICSI was done in 2017 but no Embryo was transferred but all were frozen her embryos were transferred in natural cycle in jan 2018 with frozen embryo’s and she become positive 20/2/2018. Today 6/3/2018 her baby heart beat was checked which was positive. Allhamdulilah
