Patient age 26 years old referred to ACIMC with history of unability to conceive since 4 years of marriage. Multiple investigation were carried out and husband was found to have severe Oligospermia. The couple was advised ICSI thus their procedure started in Jan 2017. On 20/02/2017 her BHCG came positive and Maa Shaa ALLAH on 8/3/2017 her USG revealed heart beat of the fetus.
