Dr. Adrianne Pope

Dr. Adrianne Pope has a background in science with a Ph.D. in genetics and over 27 years’ experience in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and pathology services. She commenced her career in 1986 in Queensland, Australia. ART Launched Adrianne into a varied career around the world having directed a number of ART facilities in Australia and overseas with positions in the USA and Ireland.
Adrianne has a vast wealth of experience in dealing with issues related to ART and was very active in the Australian Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee (RTAC), the peak auditing body, for many years. Her involvement included the coordination and writing of the 2005 RTAC Codeof Practice and the 2008 review.

Dr. Pope was elected President of the Fertility Society of Australia (FSA) in 2003. In 2005 she was re-elected, thus making her the first FSA president to serve two ter.. She has represented the FSA on many government reviews on accreditation and undertaken many submissions relating to legislation and regulation. Having commenced a professional career as an embryologist in a pioneering area of healthcare, her work lead her out of the laboratory and into many varied roles in healthcare management, establishing ART facilities, implementing Quality Management Systems, strategic planning and business development. This leadership was recognised outside of specific employment positions with numerous career highlights including:

Dr. Adnan Munir

Dr Adnan Munir is one of the first few Urologist and Andrologist in Karachi who is specialized in the medical and Surgical aspects of male reproductive and Sexual Dysfunctions. He is currently attached to various hospitals including Australian Concept & Infertility Medical Center, Liaquat National Hospital & Medical College, The Kidney Center Karachi and Tabba Kidney Institute Karachi. Dr. Adnan received his undergraduate medical degree M.B.B.S from Dow Medical College, Karachi.

Dr. Ghazala Bashir

Dr Ghazala Bashir is a graduate of Khyber Medical College Peshawar. She completed her MCPS in 2004. She did her Fellowship FCPS (Gynae & OBS) ) from The College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP). She is Associate Professor at Gomal medical college Dera Ismail Khan. At present she is working as Infertility Specialist at Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center Islamabad also she is working as Head of department Obs & Gynae at Maroof International Hospital Islamabad.

Dr. Uzma Imran

Dr. Uzma Imran has always shown keen interest in infertility which has led to enhance her expertise in Laparoscopic surgeries and ultrasound imaging in Obs & Gynae. Dr Uzma carries expertise in many aspects of infertility including different IVF procedures. She has been invited as speaker at many different forums and has presented lectures at national and international meetings. Dr. Uzma has also been invited on many electronic media (National & International Television) as an expert on women health including a 5 series programme on infertility and common Women’s health issues. She has also attended many local, National and International meetings and conferences on the subject.

Dr. Tahira Batool

Dr. Tahira Batool has a special interest in subfertility and has demonstrated great commitment towards developing her skills this area. She graduated from Fatima Jinnah Medical College Lahore and went onto complete her MCPS in 1983. Dr. Batool later on completed MRCOG from The Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists, United Kingdom in 1992. She also completed FRCOG in 2004 from the United Kingdom.
