She is a graduate of Fatimah Jinnah Medical College for Women, Lahore. She did her Fellowship (FCPS) in Obstetrics & Gynecology in 1997 from The College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP). She has also done Masters’ in medical education from Maastricht university Amsterdam. Her special interests are in the field of Gynecological Endoscopy (Hysteroscopy & laparoscopy) and Infertility treatment. She has worked as House Officer, Senior Registrar, Assistant & Associate Professor at various hospitals. She is a Member of national examination board (PM&DC). She is the Joint secretary of the society of OBS/GYNAE Rawalpindi Islamabad Chapter Also an Examiner for FCPS/ MCPS since 2005 (under CPSP). She has presented various research papers nationally / internationally. At present, she is working as a Consultant Gynecologist & Infertility Specialist at Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center Islamabad also she is working as a Professor and Head of the Department, Islamic International Medical College, Rawalpindi.
