Assistant Professor Dr. Farrukh Bashir qualified with her MBBS in 1993 from Fatima Jinnah Medical College in Lahore. She also earned a diploma in obstetrics and gynecology (DGO) in 2004. She passed the FCPS examinations of The College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan after completing post-graduate training in 2012. Dr. Farrukh Bashir has participated in multiple workshops on medical issues and infertility, including those on biostatics, urogynecology, reproductive health services, and primary surgical skills.
She is a member of several organizations related to obstetrics and gynecology, such as the Society of Royal College of Gynecology and Obstetrics, the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO), and the Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics Pakistan. From 2009 until 2011, Naz Hospital in Lahore employed her as a consultant gynecologist. At Ibra Hospital Saltanat in Oman, she has also worked as a Senior Specialist. In addition to being a fertility specialist at Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center Lahore, Dr. Farrukh currently works as an assistant professor in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Continental Medical College Lahore.
