Mr. & Mrs. Umer visited ACIMC Lahore in October 2016 for the 1st time with complain of inability to Conceive since 6 years of marriage. All the investigation were carried out and patient was seen by Dr.Irfan Pasha. Husband was found to be Oligospermia. Anum under went Diagnostic Laparoscopy and has found to have Polycystic ovaries and grade 1 Endometriosis. They were advised to have ICSI treatment which started on 29/10/2016. Due to mild Hyper Ovarian Stimulation. FET was done in January and on 27/1/2017 her Pregnancy test came Positive on 8/2/2017 USG revealed Twin heart beats.
