Beautiful Zanobia came to my office for the first time today in Karachi. Her mother came to me 5 years back at Lahore office depressed and confused with infertility of 8 years and threatened with break up of her marriage. I looked at her reports and assured her that there are strong chances of her getting pregnant if treated properly.
